For the private beta, open TestFlight, select AllWheels and tap Send Beta Feedback. Include your app version, device and the steps that caused the problem. Add a screenshot if it helps; avoid sharing private seller messages or personal information.

Listings do not load

Check your internet connection and try refreshing. PakWheels or OLX may be temporarily unavailable. Saved and recently viewed content may remain available in the local cache.

A listing or price has changed

Open the original listing website from the car details screen to check its current availability and contact the seller. AllWheels does not arrange purchases or verify seller claims.

Saved cars and searches

Your shortlist is stored on this device. It does not sync between devices. Removing the app removes its local saved data.

Report a bug

In TestFlight feedback, describe what you expected and what happened. The current beta requires iOS or iPadOS 18 or later; the iPad app also runs on compatible Apple-silicon Macs.
